Nu een steeds groter aandeel van die werkenden flexwerkers betreft, neemt het belang om hen te betrekken toe. Hoe kunnen diverse werkenden in de flexibele schil invloed uitoefenen op hun arbeidssituatie in de organisaties waardoor zij worden &lsquo;ingehuurd&rsquo;? Flexwerkers hebben daar vanuit goed werkgeverschap &#8211; net als vaste medewerkers &#8211; recht op. Bovendien draagt (mede)zeggenschap van werkenden sterk bij aan het succes van de organisatie.
