Het wordt dan ook gezien als een serieus maatschappelijk probleem dat beleidsmatig aandacht vergt. Op 11 september publiceerde het Sociaal en Cultureel Planbureau het rapport &#8220;<em>Burn-out; verbanden tussen emotionele uitputting, arbeidsmarktpositie en Het Nieuwe Werken,<\/em> waarin de resultaten van twee specifieke analyses over burn-out gepresenteerd worden.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Het rapport gaat ten eerste na wat het effect is van emotionele uitputting op de loopbaan van werknemers. Ten tweede brengt het rapport in kaart wat de relatie is tussen Het Nieuwe Werken en emotionele uitputting.
