Zij is voornamelijk ge&iuml;nteresseerd in het gebruik van smartphones wanneer men niet aan het werk is, het beheren van grenzen, werk-priv&eacute; conflicten en welzijn. Hiernaast is ze ge&iuml;nteresseerd in positieve organisatiefenomenen, zoals bevlogenheid in het werk en&nbsp;<em>job crafting<\/em>. Het werk van dr. Daantje Derks is gepubliceerd in: Journal of Occupational Health Psychology, Computers in Human Behavior, Journal of Occupational and Organizational Psychology and Journal of Vocational Hij schijft in NRC Handelsblad over technologie en economie en werkte eerder bij Elsevier en de NOS. Hij publiceerde in april 2017 het boek Is daar iemand? Hoe de smartphone ons leven beheerst (uitgeverij Thomas Rap). Hij is daarnaast gastdocent en gastspreker bij onder meer de Universiteit Leiden en De Wereld Draait Door, en woonde tweemaal het World Economic Forum in Davos Pluut"},{"acf_fc_layout":"layout\/row","items":[{"acf_fc_layout":"wysiwyg","wysiwyg":"<p>Dr. Helen Pluut is sinds september 2016 verbonden aan de afdeling Bedrijfswetenschappen als universitair docent. Voordat zij naar Leiden Universiteit kwam, werkte ze een jaar aan de National University of Singapore. Begin 2016 verdedigde zij haar proefschrift aan Tilburg University. In haar promotieonderzoek richtte zij zich op conflicten die ontstaan tussen de verschillende levensrollen en levensdomeinen die mensen aannemen. Ze behaalde haar bachelor Organisatiewetenschappen aan Tilburg University en rondde hier tevens de onderzoeksmasteropleiding Sociale en Gedragswetenschappen af.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Dr. Pluut houdt zich bezig met verscheidene vraagstukken op het gebied van de arbeidspsychologie, zoals werkattitudes, emoties, (eu)stress, motivatie, &lsquo;organizational citizenship behaviors&rsquo;, balans tussen werk en priv&eacute;, en groepsdynamiek. Haar werk is gepubliceerd in wetenschappelijke tijdschriften als <em>European Journal of Work and Organizational Psychology <\/em>en <em>Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes. Organisatiepsychologie van de Universiteit van Amsterdam. In haar promotieonderzoek focuste Dr. Van Laethem op de wederkerige relaties tussen werkstress en slaap. Ook onderzocht ze piekeren als onderliggend mechanisme in deze wederkerige relatie. In januari dit jaar verdedigde ze haar proefschrift aan de Radboud Universiteit in Nijmegen. Haar masterdiploma behaalde Dr. Van Laethem in 2011 aan de Universiteit van Maastricht.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Dr. Van Laethem verricht momenteel verschillende onderzoeken aan de Universiteit van Amsterdam en richt zich hierbij vooral op onderwerpen zoals werkstress(oren), slaap en herstel, gezond gedrag, werkprestatie, en &lsquo;workplace telepressure&rsquo;. Hierbij werkt Dr. Van Laethem samen met internationale experts zoals Prof. G&ouml;ran Kecklund van het Stress Research Institute in Zweden en Dr. Larissa Barber van de Northern Illinois University in de VS. Haar onderzoek is gepubliceerd in wetenschappelijke tijdschriften zoals <em>Sleep Medicine<\/em>, <em>Scandinavian Journal of Work, Environment and Health<\/em>, en <em>Stress &amp; In 1999 promoveerde zij aan de faculteit Sociale Wetenschappen van de Universiteit van Amsterdam op het thema &lsquo;leiderschapsstijlen in organisaties en de gevolgen daarvan voor productiviteit en stress&rsquo;.&nbsp; Sinds 1998 werkt zij als (senior) onderzoeker bij TNO.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Noortje is expert op het terrein van mentale gezondheid van werknemers, psychosociale arbeidsrisico&rsquo;s,&nbsp; bevlogenheid, duurzame inzetbaarheid en flexibilisering.&nbsp; Zij doet onderzoek naar factoren die mentale gezondheid van werknemers be&iuml;nvloeden en naar mogelijkheden om de mentale gezondheid van werknemers te versterken, beiden zowel op het niveau van de organisatie van het werk als op individueel niveau. Samen met partners heeft zij hiertoe meerdere interventies ontwikkeld en ge&iuml;mplementeerd, waarbij innovatieve technologie&euml;n (zoals serious gaming) gebruikt zijn. Zij heeft onder andere onderzoek gedaan naar de psychosociale arbeidsomstandigheden van flexwerkers.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Noortje heeft projecten gedaan voor de nationale overheid, branche organisaties, sociale partners, bedrijven en instellingen, de Europese commissie, de European Foundation of Working and Living Conditions en de European Agency. Zij is namens Nederland lid van de scientific steering committee van het Perosh Netwerk (een Europees netwerk van onderzoeksinstituten voor veiligheid en gezondheid op het werk).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Zij heeft een ruime ervaring in zowel kwantitatief als kwalitatief onderzoek. Zij is op dit moment trekker van het kennisontwikkelingsprogramma Mentale Gezondheid dat TNO in nauwe samenwerking met SZW organisatiepsycholoog. In 2011 begon hij als Rijkstrainee bij het ministerie van Sociale Zaken en Werkgelegenheid. Daar werkte hij mee aan verschillende thema&acute;s waaronder het thema Duurzame Inzetbaarheid. In 2013 ging hij als programmasecretaris aan de slag bij dit programma. Inmiddels is hij waarnemend programmaleider. Het programma richt zich op het agenderen van Duurzame Inzetbaarheid bij werkgevers en werknemers en hen faciliteren bij het gesprek en het nemen van maatregelen. Onderdeel hiervan is de campagne over Werkstress die SZW de afgelopen jaren voerde en waar Sander verantwoordelijk voor
