Het gaat hier in het bijzonder om bedrijven in de horeca, in het onderwijs, de zorg en in de zakelijke en overige dienstverlening. Het aandeel bedrijven met een flexschil in de industrie en de financi&euml;le dienstverlening is afgenomen. Bedrijven waar meer dan de helft van de medewerkers uit flexwerkers bestaat, zijn vooral te vinden in de horeca, het onderwijs en de overige dienstverlening. Dit blijkt uit resultaten uit de Werkgevers Enqu&ecirc;te Arbeid WEA 2014 van TNO. De WEA is een tweejaarlijks representatief onderzoek onder ruim 5.000 vestigingen van bedrijven en van hun flexibele schil en 22% verwacht een toename. Slechts 12% van de bedrijven had de verwachting dat hun flexibele schil zou afnemen. Op de vraag aan welke ontwikkeling van de flexibele schil men behoefte heeft, antwoordt men vergelijkbaar (65%, 25%, 11%;).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>TNO gaat nauwgezet volgen welke oplossingen bedrijven kiezen om hun flexibiliteit vorm te geven. Welke invloed heeft de Wet Werk en Zekerheid (WWZ), die de doorstroom van flexibele naar vaste arbeid moet bevorderen, hierop? Zullen bedrijven hun interne flexibiliteit proberen te vergroten? Of zoeken ze alternatieve vormen voor externe flexibiliteit?<\/p><\/p>\n","offset":"0","items":false}]},{"acf_fc_layout":"title","type":"h2","text":"Motieven voor flexibilisering"},{"acf_fc_layout":"layout\/row","items":[{"acf_fc_layout":"wysiwyg","wysiwyg":"<p>Werkgevers die werknemers met een flexibel contract inzetten, doen dit het vaakst om pieken in het werk op te vangen (66%) en bij ziekte en verlof van het vaste personeel (40%). Daarnaast noemen werkgevers &lsquo;het verminderen van het risico om te veel personeel in dienst te hebben&rsquo; (38%) (zie overzicht <a href=\"http:\/\/monitorarbeid.tno.nl\/cijfers\/wea?s=wea&amp;p=3&amp;t=15&amp;q=132&amp;st=0\" target=\"_blank\">redenen inzet flexwerkers<\/a>). Meest genoemde reden om g&eacute;&eacute;n werknemers met een flexibel contract in te zetten zijn: voldoende flexibiliteit van het eigen personeel (42%), weinig variatie in het werkaanbod (geen probleem met piek en ziek) (28%) en een te lange inwerktijd (23%) (zie overzicht <a href=\"http:\/\/www.monitorarbeid.tno.nl\/cijfers\/wea?s=wea&amp;p=3&amp;t=15&amp;q=201&amp;st=0\">redenen niet inzetten flexwerkers<\/a>).<\/p>\n","offset":"0","items":false}]},{"acf_fc_layout":"title","type":"h2","text":"Jonge bedrijven"},{"acf_fc_layout":"layout\/row","items":[{"acf_fc_layout":"wysiwyg","wysiwyg":"<p>Bedrijven die jonger zijn dan 5 jaar hebben vaker een grotere flexibele schil dan oudere bedrijven. Oudere bedrijven hebben vaker helem&aacute;&aacute;l geen flexibele schil. Dat geldt voor alle sectoren. Het verschil tussen jonge en oudere bedrijven is opvallend groot in de horeca, overige dienstverlening, onderwijs, zorg en landbouw.
