Pesten door collega&rsquo;s of leidinggevenden komt met 8 procent gemiddeld wat vaker voor dan pesten door externen. In technische beroepen, zoals hulpkrachten in bouw en industrie (17 procent) en productiemachinebedieners (16 procent), zijn werknemers het vaakst gepest door collega&rsquo;s of leidinggevenden. niet zijn gepest. Bijna 70 procent van alle werknemers die in 2018 door collega&rsquo;s of een leidinggevende zijn gepest, heeft er over gedacht om ander werk te zoeken en 43 procent heeft hiervoor ook daadwerkelijk iets ondernomen. Van de werknemers die niet zijn gepest heeft 45 procent over ander werk gedacht en 23 procent iets ondernomen.
