Vooral werkenden in het onderwijs, de industrie en de sector gezondheid en welzijn ervaren stressklachten. Werknemers kunnen zorgen dat ze stressklachten bij zichzelf herkennen. Daarna kan de werknemer in gesprek met leidinggevende of collega: wat kun je zelf doen, waar heb je hulp van anderen bij nodig?
