Daarnaast hebben nationale culturele waarden&nbsp; hier ook invloed op. In landen waar sprake is van een grote machtsafstand en veel onzekerheidsmijding hebben bedrijven minder aandacht voor dit type risico&rsquo;s. Een grote machtsafstand duidt op grote ongelijkheid binnen de samenleving. Er is relatief veel aandacht voor psychosociale risico&rsquo;s in Nederlandse bedrijven. Zie ook de figuur waarop aangegeven staat hoeveel aandacht er gemiddeld is voor psychosociale risico&rsquo;s per land.<\/p>\n<p>Ook de nationale culturele waarden zijn relatief gunstig voor psychosociaal risicomanagement. Vergeleken met het gemiddelde in Europa is de machtsafstand klein en is er weinig sprake van
