Bovendien sterven jaarlijks naar schatting 4100 mensen door beroepsziekten, waarvan 3000 mensen door gevaarlijke stoffen. In de aanloop daartoe ontstond het idee om een aantal deskundigen vanuit diverse disciplines te vragen een essay te schrijven over het vraagstuk van &lsquo;beroepsziekten door stoffen&rsquo; en de aangrijpingspunten voor preventie die zij zien. Het resultaat valt te lezen in de essaybundel die op woensdag 26 September tijdens een speciaal hiervoor georganiseerd symposium wordt
