In 2016 was 24 procent van de 15- tot 65-jarigen in loondienst hier bezorgd over. V&oacute;&oacute;r de economische crisis, in 2007, maakte nog 16 procent van de werknemers zich zorgen. De bezorgdheid over baanbehoud bereikte in 2013 met 34 procent het hoogste niveau sinds het begin van de crisis. Sindsdien is dit jaarlijks gedaald. Dit blijkt uit nieuwe cijfers afkomstig uit de Nationale Enqu&ecirc;te Arbeidsomstandigheden (NEA) van het CBS en TNO.<\/span><\/p>\n","offset":"0","items":false}]},{"acf_fc_layout":"title","type":"h2","text":"Vooral daling baanonzekerheid in bouw en zorg"},{"acf_fc_layout":"layout\/row","items":[{"acf_fc_layout":"wysiwyg","wysiwyg":"<p>Het aandeel werknemers dat zich zorgen maakt over het behoud van hun baan is tussen 2013 en 2016 in alle bedrijfstakken afgenomen. Vooral in de bouw nam de bezorgdheid sterk af: van 39 naar 22 procent. Ook in de zorg was sprake van een flinke daling. De baanonzekerheid is in alle bedrijfstakken echter nog wel hoger dan v&oacute;&oacute;r de crisis.<br \/> Zorgen over baanbehoud komen het meest voor bij werknemers in financi&euml;le instellingen. Ook relatief veel werknemers in de bedrijfstakken vervoer en opslag, en informatie en communicatie, uiten zorgen over het behoud van hun baan. Bedrijfstakken waarin werknemers zich juist relatief weinig zorgen maken, zijn de landbouw en visserij, de horeca, en het bedrijven, zoals inkrimpingen en reorganisaties. De laatste jaren hebben minder werknemers hiermee te maken gekregen. De afname van de baanonzekerheid hangt hier voor een deel mee samen. Echter, ook onder werknemers die nog w&eacute;l ingrijpende veranderingen meemaakten, daalden de zorgen over hun baan.<\/p>\n<p>Van de werknemers die in 2016 te maken hadden met een inkrimping met gedwongen ontslagen, was 44 procent bezorgd over het behoud van de eigen baan. In 2013 was dat nog 52 procent. In dezelfde periode nam het percentage werknemers dat zich bij een grote reorganisatie zorgen maakte af van 45 naar 36.<\/p><\/p>\n","offset":"0","items":false}]},{"acf_fc_layout":"title","type":"h2","text":"Jonge, gezonde werknemers het minst bezorgd"},{"acf_fc_layout":"layout\/row","items":[{"acf_fc_layout":"wysiwyg","wysiwyg":"<p>Jongeren maken zich het minst zorgen over het behoud van hun baan. Ook werknemers die zich gezond voelen*, maken zich relatief weinig zorgen. Van de gezonde werknemers van 15 tot 25 jaar was 14 procent bezorgd over het behoud van hun baan. Bij hun leeftijdsgenoten met een minder goede gezondheid was dat 25 procent. De baanonzekerheid is met 42 procent het hoogst onder 45- tot 55-jarigen die hun gezondheid als minder goed
