Daarmee is zogenoemde<br \/>\npsychosociale arbeidsbelasting (PSA) de meest voorkomende beroepsziekte<br \/>\nin ons land. Dit soort klachten wordt vaak veroorzaakt door een<br \/>\nverstoorde balans tussen werk en priv&eacute;, werkdruk, baanonzekerheid, of<br \/>\nagressie en geweld op de werkvloer. Bij veel bedrijven is het onderwerp<br \/>\nnog onvoldoende bespreekbaar. Dat schrijft minister Asscher van Sociale<br \/>\nZaken en Werkgelegenheid <a href=\"http:\/\/www.rijksoverheid.nl\/nieuws\/2013\/12\/21\/1-op-de-3-gevallen-ziekteverzuim-door-werkstress.html\" target=\"_blank\">in een brief aan de Tweede Kamer <\/a>waarin hij<br \/>\neen plan voor de aanpak van PSA aankondigt.<\/p>\n","offset":"0","items":false}]},{"acf_fc_layout":"layout\/row","items":[{"acf_fc_layout":"wysiwyg","wysiwyg":"<p>\nMinister Asscher refereert in zijn brief naar onderzoek van TNO: <em>&#8220;Psychosociale arbeidsbelasting (hierna te noemen PSA) is al jaren een van de grootste arbeidsrisico&#8217;s, zo blijkt uit bijvoorbeeld de werkgeversenqu&ecirc;te WEA, de werknemersenqu&ecirc;te NEA en cijfers van het CBS. Een derde van het werkgerelateerde ziekteverzuim is gerelateerd aan PSA. In 2013 was in bijna 50% van de gevallen een psychische stoornis de oorzaak van arbeidsongeschiktheid (tegen ruim 30% in 1998). Werkgebonden psychische aandoeningen vormen bovendien de meest voorkomende beroepsziekte.&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n<p>\n&nbsp;\n<\/p>\n<p>\nDe benchmarktools van de<a
